Channel Partnerships

Channel Partner Program | Resell Outsourced Contact Center Services

Our channel partner program is for organizations that want contact center delivery as part of what they sell — resellers, managed service providers, systems integrators, and software vendors adding a services layer around their product.

Global Empire Corporation provides the delivery capability, enablement, and joint support that lets you carry outsourced contact center services as a real line of business rather than an occasional referral.

A Services Line You Do Not Have to Build

Building a contact center to support a product line means facilities, recruitment, workforce management, quality assurance, and compliance — years of work before the first margin arrives. A channel partnership gives you the offering without the build.

We support partners with sales enablement, joint discovery, proposal support, and delivery governance, so the services attached to your product hold up as well as the product does.

  • Joint discovery calls where technical depth is needed

What Channel Partners Add to Their Offering

  • Managed Support Desks

A staffed support function attached to the platform or service you already sell.

  • Implementation Support

Onboarding, migration, and data work that your delivery team is not staffed for.

  • 24/7 Coverage

Round-the-clock capability without your own team taking on nights and weekends.

  • Overflow & Escalation

Absorb spikes and first-line triage so your specialists stay on specialist work.

  • Outbound & Onboarding

Activation calling, adoption follow-up, and renewal outreach for your customer base.

  • Back Office Operations

Processing, verification, and documentation work behind your delivered service.

  • Multilingual Delivery

Sell into markets your current delivery footprint cannot support.

  • Co-Delivered Programs

Joint programs where your team and ours are visible to the client together.

How a Channel Partnership Is Built

Structured, because a services line you resell has to survive contact with your customers.

  1. Fit & Commercial Model

We establish where our delivery fits your offering and agree the commercial model, deal registration, and support expectations.

  2. Enablement

Your sales team is briefed on what we deliver, what we do not, and how to qualify — so opportunities arrive scoped.

  3. Joint Pursuit

We support discovery, scoping, and proposals, joining calls where operational depth is needed.

  4. Delivery & Governance

The program launches to agreed service levels with a governance rhythm covering both organizations.

  5. Account Growth

Regular reviews identify where the account can expand and what the next partner-led opportunity is.

How to Decide Whether a Channel Partnership Fits Your Business

Adding contact center services to what you sell makes sense when your clients already have the need and already trust you to solve adjacent problems. A software vendor whose customers struggle to staff the support their product requires, a managed service provider asked about help desk cover, a telecom reseller whose clients want someone to answer the lines they have just bought: in each case the demand exists and is going to a stranger. The partnership turns that into revenue and, more importantly, into a reason for the client to stay.

It fits less well when the service is far from your core conversation. If your sales team cannot describe the offer with confidence, or the buyer of contact center services sits in a different department from the one you normally sell to, expect a long ramp. The honest test is to look at your last twenty client conversations and count how often customer support, sales capacity or after-hours coverage came up unprompted. If the answer is rarely, a referral arrangement is a better starting point than a full channel commitment.

Partners who succeed tend to do three things. They pick one or two offers and learn them properly rather than listing everything. They involve us early in qualification, because scoping a contact center program needs information a first meeting rarely produces. And they agree in advance how the client will be supported after the sale — who holds the relationship, who attends reviews, who handles an escalation — so that the first difficult moment does not turn into a discussion about responsibilities. Enablement, joint proposals and delivery are ours to provide. Knowing your clients is what you bring, and it is the part that cannot be bought.

Operations team in a planning session in a bright meeting room
  • Strongest where clients already ask you about support, sales capacity or coverage
  • Count how often the need arises unprompted before committing to a channel model
  • Lead with one or two offers your team can explain confidently
  • Agree post-sale roles for the relationship, reviews and escalations up front

Frequently asked questions

How is a channel partnership different from a referral?

A referral is an introduction — you hand over and we contract with the client. A channel partnership makes the services part of your offering, with enablement, joint pursuit, and delivery governance behind it. Referral suits occasional need; channel suits a repeatable line of business.

Do we resell under our brand or yours?

Either. Channel partners commonly sell co-branded, with both organizations visible. If you want the delivery entirely under your name, that is our white label program and the two can be combined.

Is there deal registration?

Yes, agreed before you invest effort in a pursuit. Registration establishes who is leading, what support you receive, and how the opportunity is treated if it was already in play.

What support do our sales people get?

Enablement on scope and qualification, proposal and scoping support, and our people on discovery calls where operational depth is needed. The aim is that opportunities reach us properly scoped.

What if our customer needs something you do not deliver?

We tell you before the pursuit rather than during delivery. Sending your customer a capability we cannot support well is the fastest way to damage your relationship and end the partnership.

How do we start?

A scoping conversation about what you sell today, where services are being asked for, and whether the fit is real. If it is not, we will say so — a partnership neither side can service is worse than no partnership.
