Referral Partnerships

Referral Partner Program for Consultants and Agencies

Our referral partner program is for consultants, agencies, and advisors whose clients keep asking for contact center help they do not want to deliver themselves. You make the introduction; we run the engagement.

Global Empire Corporation keeps referral partners informed through the sales process and delivery, so the introduction strengthens your client relationship rather than putting it at risk.

A Referral Should Make You Look Good

The reason most referral programs fail is not the commercial terms — it is that the referrer loses visibility the moment the introduction is made, and finds out how it went from their own client.

We agree in advance how much of the process you want to stay in: from a warm introduction and periodic updates, through to joint calls and shared account reviews. Your relationship with the client is the thing being protected.

How the Referral Program Works

Deliberately short — a referral program that needs a manual is not a referral program.

  1. Agree the Terms

We put the commercial structure, referral registration, and your preferred level of involvement in writing before anything else happens.

  2. Register the Introduction

You submit the introduction and it is registered against you, so attribution is settled at the start rather than argued later.

  3. We Qualify & Propose

Our team scopes the requirement and proposes, keeping you informed at whatever depth you asked for.

  4. Delivery Begins

The program launches and runs to agreed service levels, with you visible to the client as the person who made it happen.

  5. Ongoing Review

You receive updates for the life of the engagement, so you always know how your referral is being treated.

What Makes a Good Referral, and How to Make One

The referrals that turn into successful programs have something in common: the partner understood the client's problem well enough to know that outsourcing was a sensible answer to it. A business that is missing calls, cannot cover evenings, is losing leads for want of follow-up, or has a support team buried by growth is a good introduction. A business that wants to cut cost by moving a process nobody has documented is a poor one, and an honest partner will say so. Your credibility with your client is the asset in this arrangement, and we would rather you kept it.

A useful introduction needs very little: who the client is, what they do, the problem in their own words, roughly what volume or hours are involved, and who makes the decision. It helps to tell the client beforehand what to expect — a discovery conversation, not a sales presentation — and to say plainly that you have a referral relationship with us. Disclosure protects you, and in regulated professions it may be required. From there we run the process and keep you informed at each stage, including when we conclude that we are not the right fit.

Advisors sometimes worry that an introduction will reflect on them if delivery disappoints. It is a reasonable concern, and the safeguards are practical ones. We scope properly before proposing, start with a contained pilot wherever possible, and report to the client in a way that makes performance visible from the first week. You are welcome to stay as close to the engagement as you wish, from receiving the monthly review to stepping back entirely. Most partners begin with a single, carefully chosen introduction, see how it is handled, and decide from there.

  • Refer clients with a defined problem: missed calls, coverage gaps, unworked leads, overloaded support
  • A good introduction needs the client, the problem, rough volume and the decision-maker
  • Disclose the referral relationship to your client
  • Start with one introduction and judge the handling before making more

Frequently asked questions

What are the commercial terms?

They depend on the size and type of engagement and on how involved you choose to be. We agree them in writing before the first introduction rather than publishing fixed figures, because a one-off introduction and an ongoing joint account are genuinely different arrangements.

How is referral credit protected?

Introductions are registered against you when submitted, which settles attribution up front. If the same organization is already an active opportunity, we tell you immediately rather than after the fact.

Will you sell other services to my client?

Not without you. Anything beyond the referred scope is raised with you first. Protecting your relationship is the entire point — a program that costs you a client has cost us a partner.

How involved do I have to be?

As involved as you want. Some partners make a warm introduction and step back; others join discovery calls and account reviews. We agree it at the start and you can change it whenever you like.

Is there a minimum number of referrals?

No. There is no quota, no tier to maintain, and no penalty for a quiet year. Most partners refer occasionally, when a specific client need arises.

What kinds of clients are a good fit?

Organizations with contact volume they cannot cover, coverage gaps outside business hours, seasonal peaks, or support and sales work they would rather not staff internally. If you are unsure, ask us before making the introduction.
